Our dyeing division is equipped to handle the dyeing of yarn, fabrics as well as garments. The yarn dyeing unit is equipped to dye up to 12 tons/day, while the fabric dyeing unit can dye 12 tons/day. We have an advanced technology machine “Selavos”.

6.Compacting
Compacting is a process of mechanical compression of fabrics in lengthwise direction, in order to minimize its tendency to shrink during consumer use. The compacting process has little effect on the widthwise shrinkage of the fabric.

7.Rottary Printing
The Praveen Mills manufactures all types of printed garment products and we have some printing methods like stamp printing, transfer printing, screen printing, dye sublimation, pigment printing, reactive printing.

Our garment washing unit facilitates different types of washes like Stonewash, Enzyme wash, Acid wash, Silicon wash, Bio-polish, Leather finish, etc. It has a capability of 3 tons/day.

9.Recompacting
GSM control of the knitted fabric. For high GSM, overfeed is increased and the fabric width is decreased. For low GSM, overfeed is decreased and the fabric width is increased.

With advanced testing and lab we are able to check the shrinkage,fastness and durability of the fabric,print and finished garment.

Our compacting machines come in open-width as well as tubular types with a combined capacity of 10 tons/day.

Each and every garment is checked and finally pressed by vacuum ironing machine and are packed size wise, colour wise and country wise to reach the destination on time safely.We can pack 10,000 pcs per day.
